Hi, I'm Cynthia Swanson.  
For the past fifteen years, I have worked in the business of planning and conducting meetings. I have heard many, many speakers — a few have been excellent, but the great majority need much improvement.  A constant question of mine has been, what can be done to help people improve their presentation skills? 

I have studied the art of public speaking and critiqued public presenters from many different professions and locations. I have condensed what I have learned into a three-hour seminar for lay persons and professionals alike.  I want to help you and those in your company to become confident and effective as public speakers.

Anyone who must make presentations or remarks in front of others will benefit. Clients have included salespeople, business owners, community leaders, politicians, public administrators, columnists, educators, engineers, those in financial institutions, law enforcement, and medical professionals, those working in the non-profit sector, attorneys, and human resource officers.

Personally, I love doing this job because it is ultra-gratifying.  People who thought they never could have enough courage to make a speech come away with huge smiles of pride on their faces.  Those who are experienced in making presentations learn simple techniques for improvement.  I am telling the truth when I say that I have never had a participant in one of my seminars who did not feel more confident, positive, and satisfied about his or her ability to make a public presentation.
